By the late 1980s, we had outgrown our original facility and expanded our operations into an additional Mountain View facility for our programming, punching and machining . We also added painting and plating operations under the roof of our main facility allowing us to provide turnkey products to our increasingly high-tech customer base.

By the early 1990s, we added a third facility in Sunnyvale for assembling ESD turnkey products. In 2000, we combined our operations into one larger 47,000 square foot facility in San Jose, California where we are currently located.

By early 2001, the Silicon Valley was especially hard hit economically but we worked with our customer base to help make them more competitive during this crisis. Through cost reduction initiatives, establishing JIT systems and providing design support to take cost out before manufacturing.

In 2002, we received an opportunity from a Fortune 500 Biomedical customer to redesign one of their existing products and create their documentations package. In doing this we were able to reduce manufacturing costs that saved that customer over $350,000 in the 1st year.
